How do I return an item?

To request a Return or Exchange

Go to My Account, click return items, choose the email address and please let us know what the problem is, please include your billing information and order number, this information is needed for us to process your refund/exchange if necessary, and send the item back to our returns address;

You must do this within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Please ensure that you include your original invoice in the parcel and write you returns number on the invoice to help us process your refund.

Returned items must be returned to us in the original, saleable condition. There must be a copy of your invoice and please write you returns number on the invoice. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty.

The parcel can take up to 14 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. This is based on the UK national postal service.

These are the formal arrangements under the Law to protect your rights under the distance selling regulations. In spirit we want to provide you with first class service and we will not quibble over returns. We want to grow our business based on customer recommendations and a key to that is quality products and excellent customer service and that means the customer is always right, and we mean it.
